Seattle Animal Shelter Pet of the Week: Taco

Pet of the Week

Taco 2Meet Taco! You won’t be able to leave without Taco as soon as you look into her big green eyes. She purrs very loudly and loves a pat between her ears and under her chin.

She likes sitting on your lap and is the perfect snuggle buddy on the couch in front of the TV. Taco also loves playtime and her fishing pole toys. Sometimes she’s caught pawing them when no one is around, just to check if they are going to move.

Taco is a sweetheart who enjoys being around people and will purr when you give her attention. She likes attention so much, when you get home from work she greets you with a meow and expects a pat back in return.

Taco 1She loves being in the same room as you, always curious at what you are up to. Her favorite places to sit are next to you, on your lap or on the backrest of the couch next to your shoulders.

Taco was quick to get used to her new foster home, she was sleeping on the bed on her first night and has had no problems using the litter box.

Taco 3Taco will do best in a household without other cats: she wants your love all to herself! She isn’t demanding at all and won’t tear up the house while you are out during the day. Set up a time to meet her and get ready to fall in love.

You won’t find Taco (SAS ID #30422207) at the shelter – she’s being lavished with attention in a foster home. Please contact the Foster Care Hotline at (206) 684-0685 to arrange a meeting.
