On Fridays, we feature an adoptable pet from the Seattle Animal Shelter (SAS). SAS is located at 2061 15th Ave W, just north of Whole Foods, at the corner of W. Armory Way. SAS is open Tuesday – Sunday, noon-6pm.
Queen Anne View has not met any of these pets – SAS is providing us with the description, as they know them well. We encourage potential adopters to get in touch with SAS and work with them to evaluate the compatibility of your home and a new pet.

Meet Kohmi!
With movie star good looks and a sweet disposition, Kohmi is one fine feline! A quiet yet curious boy, he enjoys attention – especially head scratches and brushing – but is not demanding. In truth, he is a very polite kitty.
Although he can be shy with strangers, in no time at all his naturally sweet and affectionate nature takes over and he cannot resist making friends. Pet or brush him and you will be rewarded with his deep, soothing purr.
Kohmi would be well suited for a calm or moderately active household with adults and teens. He is a neat cat, doesn’t shed much, and keeps his beautiful fur in immaculate condition. He is neutered and litter box trained.
Kohmi (SAS ID #15-6257-1) is hanging out at the Interbay Petco just waiting to meet you. Petco is located at 2001 15th Ave W, right around the corner from the Seattle Animal Shelter, and they are open Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday 10am to 7pm.
