On Fridays we feature an adoptable pet from the Seattle Animal Shelter (SAS). SAS is located at 2061 15th Ave W, just north of Whole Foods, at the corner of W. Armory Way. SAS is open Wednesday – Sunday, noon-6pm.
Queen Anne View has not met any of these pets – SAS is providing us with the description, as they know them well. We encourage potential adopters to get in touch with SAS and work with them to evaluate the compatibility of your home and a new pet.

Lizzie is an endearing 7-month-old Chihuahua mix puppy. She is black all over and very petite, with perky ears and an enthusiastic tail wag. Lizzie is a super sweet, cuddly girl – a true lap dog.
She likes walks and car rides, and gets along well with people, other dogs, and cats. She is working on her basic obedience and house-training.
This sweetheart came from a difficult first home, but is very well-socialized and happy. She can be a little shy of strangers, especially men, but warms up quickly. She would do well with older children, a canine sibling, or tolerant cat. She has been spayed and is ready and eager to meet her forever family!
Lizzie (SAS ID #14-13555-2) is being adored in a foster home. If you would like to meet her, you must submit a Dog Adoption Application to SAS.
