Seattle Animal Shelter Pet of the Week: Murasaki
Posted on February 21st, 2014 by Sara Willy
On Fridays we feature an adoptable pet from the Seattle Animal Shelter (SAS). SAS is located at 2061 15th Ave W, just north of Whole Foods, at the corner of W. Armory Way. SAS is open Wednesday – Sunday, noon-6pm.
Queen Anne View has not met any of these pets – SAS is providing us with the description, as they know them well. We encourage potential adopters to get in touch with SAS and work with them to evaluate the compatibility of your home and a new pet.
New! Updates on previous pets:
Pups (tiny “Guard Mouse”) – adopted!
Pixie & Buster (bonded bunnies) – still available for adoption
Godiva (black & white kitty with the amazing whiskers) – still available for adoption
I’m a 3 year old, calico girl, and as busy as a bee – and curious, too. I love to get hold of a string toy and give it the business. Climbing cat trees is another of my hobbies.
I’m a smart little gal and I enjoy a good conversation with my humans. And did I mention that I like to be groomed?
Yes, you might have deduced that I’m on the energetic side, but I have my mellow moments, too. Plus I have a very cute freckle on my nose. Enough said? Hurry up and call so you can meet me and take me home. I can’t wait to meet you!
Murasaki (SAS ID #13-9956) is being lavished with attention in a foster home, she is not at the Shelter. If you would like to meet her, please call the Foster Care Hotline at (206) 684-0685 to arrange a meeting. Thank you!
