The group of designers who’ve put on the Christmas sample sale the past couple of years have returned early this year with even more Christmas decorations, non-holiday home décor, and fabric samples too.
For this weekend only, they’re throwing a sample sale with proceeds benefitting Global Visions Fund. Funds will go toward building an orphanage in Tanzania to house children who currently live in very poor conditions.

What can you find at the sale? A wide variety of holiday decorations, ornaments and product samples, almost all of them brand-new and perfect for holiday décor and gifts– lighted yard characters, ornaments, nativities, Santas, elves, snowmen, angels, candle holders, reindeer, wreaths, and more. If it’s Christmas-y, we probably have it!
There are also other non-holiday product samples in the mix, such as mugs, candle holders, serving pieces, lanterns, and more.
We also have hundreds of fabric swatches – perfect for crafters and quilters.
Here are the days/times for this year’s sale – note, we will be replenishing the stock daily.
- Friday, July 17, 9:30am to 3:30pm
- Saturday, July 18, 9am to 3pm
The sale will be held at 1114 8th Ave West. Per the organizers, the house is most easily accessible via 10th Ave West or West Olympic Place. The house is on the uphill side of the street, but please note: do not park in the driveway.
The sale organizers will accept cash and credit (with a 3% fee). All sales are final and “as is” and please, no early birds. Enjoy Christmas in July!
