Get ready to tantalize your tastebuds and get to know some of our Queen Anne merchants at a Holiday Social this Sunday, November 30th. A group of merchants and restaurants are getting together to celebrate both the season and the shops closest to the Counterbalance.
LloydMartin, Chocolopolis, Queen Anne Olive Oil, Cederberg Tea House, and Robert Ramsay Cellars are joining forces to bring tasty bites to neighbors. The event will run from 2pm to 5pm in the alcove between Queen Anne Olive Oil and Robert Ramsay Cellars.
LloydMartin chef Sam Crannell is helping organize the event, where he’ll be serving dishes made with ingredients from the participating shops. On tap are a Maple Sweet Potato Gratin with Chocolate and a Pumpkin Seed Streusel made with Chocolopolis Spicy Mole Mix. Olive oil samples will be on hand from Queen Anne Olive Oil and wine pairings will be featured by Robert Ramsey Winery.
The event is free and open to all. The dishes served will be simple, with recipes available for you to take and replicate the tastes at home. The participating merchants are taking the opportunity to celebrate our neighborhood and community as the holidays approach, enjoy!
