Whim W’Him was one of 12 finalists, out of 107 choreographic works, to perform in at the festival in front of an audience and an expert panel of 5 judges. The non-profit dance company earned grand prize honors, along with a $5,000 award.

Dancers Kelly Ann Barton and Vincent Lopez will perform the award winning “FRAGMENTS” for a Seattle audience as part of this year’s A.W.A.R.D. Show!, at On the Boards on January 29th and 30th, along with the 11 other finalists who will travel and perform in five cities nationwide. If Whim W’Him makes it past the elimination round on the 29th, the company will have a shot at a $10,000 audience favorite award on the 30th.

Details and ticket information can be found here.
