It’s almost time! The Queen Anne Farmers Market returns for another great season in less than 2 weeks. Market season kicks off on Thursday, June 2nd and runs every Thursday, rain or shine, through October 13th.
This year’s QAFM poster marks the return of Joe Wirtheim. He’s the artist behind the 2014 and 2015 posters, so this year’s festive community gathering table image is a hat trick, and sure to be a hot item for collectors.
The poster will be available at the QAFM Info Tent and at Queen Anne Frame.
Here’s the scoop on the new poster per QAFM:
“2016’s poster focuses on our community gathering together at the table, sharing food and enjoying the market. Since QAFM is such a dynamic place to be every Thursday, Joe included our wonderful chickens to portray the fun that we have at market. We would love for you to “gather” with us this season at QAFM, and we are so thankful to Joe for again creating such a fabulous poster for us.”
