Notice the lack of posts since last Friday? Thank a horrible migraine. I’m just now catching up on tips and email from readers, and there are a lot of queries and tips about La Luna, the Mexican restaurant at the corner of Boston and Queen Anne Ave N.
After several rumors in late August, the restaurant closed up shop without any official notice or posting on the door. Several readers said the restaurant staff had told them that August 31 would be its last day, and thanks to readers, we were alerted to La Luna closing its doors and “gutting” the interior and removing the outdoor seating. (note: all of these reader emails came in while I was unable to look at screens – thanks to all who sent in info, apologies I was out of commission)
In the recent past, the business has been for sale on Craigslist. But, there are no current listings on the usual sites and no new liquor applications for the location. We’ll post on any new information as soon as we have it – and send any tips via email. Thanks, readers!
