When we last connected with Eden Hill owner and chef Maximillian Petty, he was shooting for an end-of-August/early-September opening date. If you’ve been intrigued by our previous post’s photos or his past tenures in Austin or D.C., opening day for Chef Maximillian’s Eden Hill is tomorrow, Friday, September 4th.
The first menu (it will change seasonally) promises a range of items. The space at 2209 Queen Anne Ave N is small, so be sure to call ahead for reservations. You can reach Eden Hill at 206-708-6836 to make reservations for dining during regular hours of 5pm-10pm Tuesday through Saturday. Plus, they are open for brunch on Sundays from 10am-2:30pm.
