Two weeks from today is the 2015 kick-off for the Queen Anne Farmers Market! The QAFM returns on Thursday, June 4th and runs through October 15th, providing our neighborhood with food, fun, and music throughout the summer.
As always, opening day has special events for kids like the 3rd Annual Radish Race at 4pm, as well as a live band – Right as Rain – to entertain all market-goers at 5pm. The market opens at 3pm and closes up shop at 7:30pm, so start making your plans… shop for fresh produce, get dinner, and hang out with neighbors.
The QAFM vendor list is available online, where you’ll see some familiar names and new alike to help plan your visits. The new poster has been unveiled, and for the third year in a row, artist Joe Wirtheim captures the spirit of the market (posters will be available for purchase at the QAFM Information Tent).
