As confusing as it may be to some, the 7-way stop is a Queen Anne landmark of sorts. Sure, there have been recent efforts to change it and make it safer for nearby Seattle Country Day School – but, it tends to operate fairly smoothly. Perhaps because everyone tends to be extra cautious or forgiving (depending on time of day – rush hour is never harmonious, regardless of location).
