You may have seen the Seattle Cookie Counter blue and white VW van at Ken’s Market in the past few months. Now, the vegan ice cream sandwich truck has found a regular Queen Anne spot at the Upper Queen Anne Umpqua Bank parking lot.
You can get ice cream sandwiches, hand pies, and cookies every Wednesday at Umpqua Bank from noon to 6pm (hint: they’re there now).
