Grub celebrates one year on Queen Anne with a celebration this Saturday

Local Queen Anne restaurant Grub is turning one-year old – and you can help celebrate the happy occasion.

grub logoGrub is hosting a one-year anniversary celebration this Saturday, August 17th with an all-day happy hour, plus special appetizers and cocktails from 5pm-10pm. Grub will open its doors for brunch at 8am, and you can get brunch items until 3pm. Then, the dinner menu kicks in at 5pm.

And, to get the place hopping, Funk Fire Five, a Latin Fusion, Brazilian Jazz, and New Orleans Funk band that features Queen Anne resident Jose Gude.  All ages welcome in Grub’s dining area and patio during the performance.

Owner Sharon Fillingim is happy to be celebrating the milestone, and credits Queen Anne residents for helping reach it: “Thank you QA residents for supporting Grub, we’re looking forward to another successful year!”
