Queen Anne now home to eight Little Free Libraries

In our ongoing documentation and mapping of the Queen Anne Little Free Libraries (LFLs), readers have given us the heads up on two new or newish LFLs for our map. These tips came in a few weeks ago, but I was under the weather and unable to trek around the neighborhood – but, this weekend was the turnaround, so thanks to Mollie and Marlene for the tips!

First up, a LFL at roughly 841 W Etruria St (no address as it appears to be at the back of a home on 10th W). Tucked between 8th Ave W and 10th Ave W, this LFL provides a nice North Queen Anne spot on the map:

Next up, a fairly new LFL at 8th Ave W and Blaine St. Just off the Crown of Queen Anne, head down Blaine instead of looping around 8th W or heading up 7th W (depending on which direction you traverse the Crown), and you’ll see it at the bottom of the first cobblestone street:

That brings our total to 8 LFLs! If you spot one or know of one we haven’t captured on the map, just let us know and we’ll add it to the map. And, If you’re interested in setting up your own LFL, check out the info here on setting one up and becoming a LFL steward.

10th Ave W & McGraw
Bigelow & Garfield and Aloha St
McGraw & 1st N and Boston & 2nd Ave W [note: no pictures due to a server change for QAV]
