Children’s Book Sale and Annual Queen Anne Community Center Holiday Antique & Collectible Show Start Friday

December 13th, 2012 by Laura Fonda

The 4th Annual Queen Anne Community Center Holiday Antique & Collectible Show kicks off tomorrow evening and this year you can also do your holiday book shopping at the same time. A Children’s Book Sale is being held in conjunction with the antique show, and proceeds benefit the Queen Anne Community Center Scholarship Fund. Funds from the Book Sale go to Preschool scholarships, basketball scholarships, and other children’s programs – so, do some book shopping and support a great local community service!

The Book Sale is quite the deal with over 3000 top quality children’s books offered at 75% off list price. The books range from infant board books to Young Adult fiction and every age in-between, with noted authors and illustrators represented across the genre. And 95% of the books are in brand new condition, not seconds.

In addition to books, the fundraiser will also have Folkmanis Puppets and a vintage, fully furnished Playmobil Mansion!
