Veterans Day Offers and Queen Anne Business Deals
Posted on November 10th, 2012 by Sara Willy
Veterans Day is tomorrow – it falls on a Sunday this year, so that means that most businesses are celebrating it on Monday, November 12th this year (Seattle Public Library branches will be closed on Sunday – which doesn’t affect the Queen Anne branch, as it’s usually closed on Sunday – until 2013, when all branches will be open on Sundays).
In addition to regular closures (banks, USPS, government offices), Veterans Day also brings free admission to State and National parks and free Seattle street parking. This year, some of our local Queen Anne businesses also have offers to celebrate the service of our veterans.
