Our very own Frankie Rongo placed 2nd in his division at the NPC 2012 Washington Ironman Bodybuilding, Fitness, Bikini and Physique Championships.  He also placed in the Top 5 for the Masters category for men.  This national competition was at The Snoqualmie Casino on October 6th.

If you see Frankie at The Queen Anne Gym make sure you give him a big congratulations on his accomplishment!  Way to go Frankie!
