QACC Meets Wednesday, October 3rd – Aegis Project Update on the Agenda

The Queen Anne Community Council (QACC) monthly meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 3rd, at Queen Anne Manor, 100 Crockett St. The meeting starts at 7:30pm and all are welcome to attend. Key topics of interest for Queen Anne residents include an update from the Aloha Inn and a report on the Aegis project.

Here’s what on the agenda:
7:30 – Adoption of Agenda, Approval of Minutes, Treasurer’s Report
7:35 – Public Comments
7:45 – Election Report: all QACC candidates were elected on September 19th
7:50 – Aloha Inn-Katie Baum: The Aloha Inn’s new public affairs staff-member, Katie Baum, is joining the meeting for introductions and to provide an update.
8:15 – Election of Officers: note- voting is limited to QACC members
8:30 – Committee Reports – note: all Committees are open to everyone

- Parks: report on the Aegis project on 3rd Ave W at the Bowl
- Transportation: letter to Metro re: the BAT lanes on 15th W
- Neighbors in Action: going on inactive status due to chair absence
