QUEEN ANNE FARMERS MARKET DINNER AND HANDS-ON CLASS

The Queen Anne Farmers market is proud to present our first fundraising dinner and hands on cooking workshop! Hosted by the Pantry at Delancey, the dinner will feature fresh produce and products from the Queen Anne Farmers Market, the only independent farmers market in Seattle.  Olaiya Land, Pantry co-founder and chef will instruct the class.

The menu for the evening will be spicy roasted cherry peppers with aged provolone and oregano, summer melon salad with mint and black pepper, heirloom tomato tart with homemade herbed crème fraiche, squash gratin with salsa verde, a delicious dessert of cardamom plum crisp and will include Washington wine pairings.

This $125.00 per person class will run October 2nd from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at The Pantry at Delancey, located at 1417 NW 70th Street, Seattle.  This is a 21+ event.
