There’s a ton of activity around Queen Anne over the long holiday weekend, with some events starting today. This list nets out the key events you should be aware of if you want to avoid traffic jams and parking challenges, or if you’re just looking for something to do!
The Seahawks are at home tonight, the Mariners are playing at home for the long weekend, and the Huskies are kicking off their season at CenturyLink field – so expect a lot of delays around the stadiums and on 99/Aurora. Plus, 20,000 attendees are expected at PAX, and 100,000 at Bumbershoot. Expect traffic delays, especially around the Seattle Center.
