The events get underway at 5:30 p.m., and it’s all on a first-come basis. While folding chairs and blankets are allowed, you’re not allowed to bring pets, umbrellas or large ice chests. As always, KEXP will be on hand, and Seattle Center Armory will be open for food and drink with a dozen new food vendors. A beer garden will begin at 5 p.m.
