For World Autism Awareness Day, Seattle Pacific University joined other institutions around the world for the Light It Up Blue campaign. Light It Up Blue, in its third year, is a unique global initiative by Autism Speaks to help raise awareness about autism. Landmarks around the world, such as the Empire State Building in New York, participated yesterday to promote World Autism Awareness Day.
SPU’s iconic Demaray Clock Tower, located at 509 West Bertona Street, will be bathed in blue lights for the next few days in honor of Light It Up Blue.
