Two lower Queen Anne projects up for Early Design Guidance review

Two developers will be in front of the Design Review Board next week for an Early Design Guidance meeting.

The first development is at 500 John Street.

The proposal is for a seven-story mixed-use structure containing 106-112 dwelling units and four live-work units. Parking for 85-87 vehicles to be provided at and below grade. Existing structures to be demolished.

The second development is at 315 1st Ave North.

The proposal is for a six-story structure with six live-work units, 4,275 sq. ft. of retail at grade and 183 residential units above. Parking for 250 vehicles will be located below the structure. Existing structure to be demolished.

The meetings are on Wednesday, March 21st in room 3 of the Queen Anne Community Center (1901 1st Ave W.) The first meeting is at 6:30 p.m., the second at 8 p.m. The public will be allowed to make comments.
