The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is reporting snow showers late tonight and into tomorrow. Check here or local TV listings to find the most recent updates on school closures.

Late Afternoon: Snow showers. High near 33. North wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Tonight: Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Steady temperature around 31. North wind 5 to 8 mph becoming southeast. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Wednesday: Snow before 10am, then snow and freezing rain. The snow could be heavy at times. High near 31. Northeast wind 8 to 11 mph becoming southeast between 17 and 20 mph. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.

Wednesday Night: Snow and freezing rain, becoming all snow after 10pm. Low around 28. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Thursday: Rain and snow, becoming all rain after 10am. Snow level rising to 1000 feet. High near 36. West northwest wind between 5 and 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
