January 25th, 2010 by Thea

Urban Kids Play, the kids toy and shoe boutique focused on natural materials and learning tools, at 1805 Queen Anne Avenue N, is having a 50 percent off sale on everything in the store through this Sunday, January 31.

Urban Kids Play

Why? They’re transitioning the business, according to employee, Lena, who said Urban Kids has stopped ordering stock for their store and will soon turn into a play space and drop-off childcare service. Although they’re closing the retail store, they will continue to sell the same items from their online store, according to the owner, Curtis Kingrey. But if you’ve had your eye on something in the shop, you might want to grab it on sale before it’s gone.

The Play Space drop-in child care will be opening on Wednesday, February 3. We’ll keep you updated on rates, times and age information as well find out more.
