Metro bus fare up 25 cents for the New Year

January 4th, 2010 · No Comments

If you ride the bus to work and today is your first day back since ringing in the new year, the ride will cost you 25 cents more. Starting January 1, Metro raised fares on adult peak and off-peak bus service as well as senior and disabled fares. That means an adult one and two-zone off-peak fare now costs $2, a one-zone peak fare costs $2.25 and a two-zone peak fare costs $2.75. More information on current rates here.
