The Queen Anne Artists Trunk Show, an annual showcase of neighborhood artists benefiting the Sweet Pea Cottage Preschool of the Arts at the top of the hill is today, Saturday, November 21. Over 30 local artists will be featured, selling their work from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Queen Anne Community Center, located at 1901 1st Ave. W.

Admission is free and there will be activities for all ages, including face painting, herb collages, and family tree making for kids, and live music, raffles for pieces created by the artists, baked treats and a gallery of work created by students from Sweet Pea Collage.

“Over 30 jury-selected artists will be showcasing and selling their super-cool work (no kitschy stuff here!),” Sweet Pea Cottage Managing Director Michelle Stiller wrote. “You will find jewelry, bath and body products, child and adult clothing, purses, paintings, and more – something for everyone on your holiday shopping list.”
