My concern is getting to work on time. I work at Seattle Children's Hospital and as I live downtown, I'm expected to be to work on time. Last snow season, I was at work numerous hours late, as the buses didn't show up, and when they did, they were full. Articulated buses, really? So, let's throw chains on all tires and realize that the "articulated" portions don't have stability? Really? Physics would tell you that.<br><br>We want the capability to get to work and do our jobs. If the City/County cannot provide that, then please inform our employers.<br><br>I guess, if I lived in West Seattle, I could get to work. 26 Snow plows to cover West Seattle. <br><br>In the rest of Seattle: No coverage for the Hospitals, no coverage for "public transportation" and no coverage for POVs. <br><br>These are my issues.<br><br>They're basic requirements for a city. Perhaps, at least, one member of the City Council should ride the bus... periodically? For those of us that live by Metro, we're not impressed. I'll believe it when I see it.
