Yogalife’s weekly Prenatal Yoga classes begin

On June 1, 2009, 12:00-1:30 pm, prenatal classes at Yogalife will begin.  They teach poses that help reduce the pain and tension experienced in pregnancy while simultaneously preparing the body and mind for childbirth.  The practice will focus on postures safe for pregnancy and will also help build strength to support the growth and changes occurring in the body. Additionally you will find  support and community created through practicing with other expecting mothers.  This class is open to those with a steady practice or those who are new to yoga.  For experienced practitioners this will be a great place to learn modifications to bring to your personal practice. This class is suitable for women from their first trimester all the way through their third trimester.

The class will be held every Monday at our Queen Anne studio located at 8 Boston Ave. (upstairs above Orrapin).
