Update 2:27 pm:  Snow falls again on Queen Anne.  The main roads around the city are in good shape as the snow has melted and the plows have come through.  Even the hill on Queen Anne Ave. has been cleared of snow and is open for traffic.  

Do be careful on the side streets.  The ruts and slush create extremely slick surfaces for driving.  The worst ever!  Some people took time to enjoy the holiday at Starbucks, one of the few places open in Queen Anne.  Also open is El Diablo, another great place to walk to in this weather.
